1 cup almond butter/peanut butter
1/3 cup soft non-hydrogenated margarine
½ cup golden corn syrup
½ cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

3 cups rolled oats
¼ cup flax seed meal (ground flax)
1/3 cup wheat germ
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup currants (optional)
1/3 cup unsweetened coconut
1 cup mini chocolate chips
Oven 350̊
·         Cream together almond butter and margarine.
·         Beat in syrup, sugar, egg and vanilla
·         Stir in other ingredients
·         Mix well
·         Put into 9 x 13 baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a light golden brown
·         Cut into squares while warm
·         Cool and cover tightly until serving
·         Great for freezing and using as you need!
