Many of you are familiar with the question, "Are you a Fox, or a Rabit?". That question and other are about recognizing and maximising your innate character. Another angle on Mental performance is the more blatant physical parallel to training your weakness, and relying on your strengths



Jeff talks often about knowing what you need to work on, and not being afraid to focus your efforts there. This will ultimately result in the greatest gains, the most significant improvements.

The following link goes to a Tip of the Week article on the Applied Sport Psychology website. The article is about ID'ing your mental strengths and and 'Mentl Weapons', (love that term). There is also a quick Inventory Scorecard of Mental Strengths. The last line is labelled, "Other" I am always curious to hear about peoples, Other Strengths. Please feel free to share.
